Our mission
For us at Tweer, the WE has a very special meaning. We maintain partnership relationships with our customers. We want to fulfil their requirements perfectly. We want to recognise your needs of tomorrow early on and adapt to them. In this way, we strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones.
Together with our almost 300 employees, we see ourselves as a big team. Only if we are successful as a team can we optimally fulfil the tasks of our customers and be successful as a company. Therefore, training, further education and qualification of our employees are a continuous task for us. This is how we secure our future.
When we speak of WE, we naturally also mean the entrepreneurial family. Tweer is a family business in its fourth generation and has been successful in the market for over 100 years. Without a strong sense of WE, we would not have been able to overcome the challenges of the past. And only in this way can we be successful in the future.
